PRESET NAMES:  LD & BS – BelliedSaw (SafeSound).nmsv, PD – FlangePad (SafeSound).nmsv

INFO: In the first place the Lead doesn’t sound hard to rebuild but if you go into detail there are nuances to tweak to get that special sounding and sharpness. Unfortunately with Massive you can’t get lots of spatial wideness when fixing the oscillator’s triggers even if you set the pan position to “FULL” in the VOICING settings. It feels that Massive is only able to spread the pans with variable Phases (OSC), Pitch Cutoffs (VOICING) or Wavetable Postions (VOICING). Maybe it is a bug (or a wrong internal routing)?! At least I don’t understand why you can’t set different pans for each Voice independently from any triggers or modulation set in OSC and VOICING?! With Sylenth for example that works well. Anyway you may also wanna add some spatial FX like stereo enhancers to add that wideness. Without spatial FX the Lead sounds pretty mono, though.

NOTE : This is another port of some famous synths to massive e.g. for cover bands, parodies or people who just like the specific sounding but don’t want to tweak them themselves or buy hundreds of different synths. However also massive has its limits and its own sounding of course, so it is not possible to reproduce other synthesizers exactly. Another limit are we ourselves :) However we always do our best to get as close as possible.

ADDITIONAL SETTINGS (for the audio demo):

Standard Stereo Enhancer added to the Lead. Apart from that only EQ’s & Comps for the mix!
